We had lately a lot of requests for Chinese governmental aid for solar pumps projects in development countries.
After our experience, there are following procedures:
- The aid has to be requested by the receiver. He has to apply the financial aid to the office of
business affairs in his origin country, which will forward the application to the Chinese embassy.
- After the examination by the Chinese embassy the application will be forwarded to China.
- The request will be examined by the appropiate authority of the ministery for foreign trade.
- The authority will organize the delivery and the service of the products.
